How does the hoodie fit?

The Snugsy blanket hoodie is one size, designed to fit loosely. Garment measurements are bust 156 cm (61.4 in) and length 100 cm (39.4 in). Please allow 2 to 3 cm difference, as they are measured by hand.

What is it made of and how do I care for it?

It's made from soft, thicker double-sided velvet (polyester fibre). Please follow the care label on your garment.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is free to Canada and the United States.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery typically takes about 2 to 3 weeks once your order ships. Your order ships from an overseas warehouse, and delivery times can vary by location. If you are buying a gift, please order early.

Can I track my order?

Yes. We email you tracking details as soon as your order ships.

Can I return my order?

Yes. You can return unworn items in their original condition within 15 days of delivery. Email formzerobrand@gmail.com first for return instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer. If a size doesn't fit, we can exchange it or give you store credit. If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 15 days of delivery with photos.
