We ship to Canada and the United States.

Shipping cost
Standard shipping is free on all orders to Canada and the United States.

Processing and delivery time
Orders are processed before they ship. Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes about 2 weeks. Your order ships from an overseas warehouse, so delivery takes longer than a typical local order. Delivery times are estimates and can vary by location, carrier and time of year, including busy holiday periods. If you are buying a gift, please order early.

We email you tracking details as soon as your order ships.

Customs, duties and taxes
Orders ship from an overseas warehouse and may be subject to import duties, customs fees and taxes when they enter Canada or the United States. These charges are set by the destination country, and they are not included in your order total or in our shipping price. The customer is responsible for paying any duties, customs fees and import taxes that apply to their order, including any charged at delivery. We have no control over these charges and cannot estimate them in advance. Refusing a package or failing to pay these charges does not entitle you to a refund. Please check with your local customs office if you have questions about what may apply.
